Both versions are Royalty Free and CC-0 licensed for any use.
The quality of the this one looks great from afar, and as you get closer you'll notice some blurring in the texture and some artifacts around where meshroom guessed some small depth changes incorrectly.
Below I've detailed my attempts at getting better and better scans with meshroom.
